The 21/90 Challenge
The 21/90 rule states that it takes 21 days to make a habit and 90 days to make it a permanent lifestyle change. Commit to your goal for 21 days and it will become a habit. Commit to your goal for 90 days and it will become a part of your lifestyle. Don't be normal, be optimal.
THE CHALLENGE:
Daily:
- drink 2500ml of water
- 100g protein, (minimum)
- 7-hours of sleep
- 8-10k steps + full body stretch
- read 10-pages
Weekly:
- weight-lift 3x
- brain dump + plan your week
- tidy + reset your spaces
Monthly:
- goal-setting + re-evaluate
- declutter/donation drop offs
