The 21/90 Challenge

The 21/90 rule states that it takes 21 days to make a habit and 90 days to make it a permanent lifestyle change. Commit to your goal for 21 days and it will become a habit. Commit to your goal for 90 days and it will become a part of your lifestyle. Don't be normal, be optimal. 

THE CHALLENGE:

Daily:

  • drink 2500ml of water
  • 100g protein, (minimum)
  • 7-hours of sleep
  • 8-10k steps + full body stretch
  • read 10-pages

Weekly:

  • weight-lift 3x
  • brain dump + plan your week
  • tidy + reset your spaces

Monthly:

  • goal-setting + re-evaluate 
  • declutter/donation drop offs
